Sun of a Rum

Sun of a Rum – Dark Rum & Toasted Sunflower Seed Liqueur

Sun of a Rum takes the humble sunflower seed somewhere unexpectedly dark. Lightly toasted seeds meet rich dark rum, drawing out warm, nutty flavours that feel almost like roasted hazelnut and caramel. Demerara and muscovado sugars deepen the molasses character, while honey softens the edges. Cacao nibs bring a dry chocolate undertone, vanilla adds roundness, and a restrained touch of cinnamon provides warmth without dominating the seeds. A tiny pinch of sea salt quietly sharpens everything around it. Rich but not heavy, familiar yet difficult to place, this is sunshine after dark: roasted, mellow, slightly mischievous and made for slow sipping.
