Raspberella

Home-Grown Raspberry Vodka Liqueur with Vanilla & Pink Peppercorns

Raspberella began with raspberries picked straight from my own garden, where the fruit ripens slowly into intensely fragrant, sweet-tart berries. I wanted to preserve that fresh summer character without burying it beneath too many spices. Vodka provides a clean foundation, while vanilla softens the sharper berry notes and gives the liqueur a smooth, rounded finish. Pink peppercorns add a delicate floral warmth and a faint peppery lift that keeps the generous sweetness lively. The result is a vivid raspberry liqueur built around home-grown fruit: lush, aromatic and uncomplicated, with enough subtle spice to make each sip more interesting.
