Quince Hopper

Japanese Quince Liqueur with Hops, Honey, Ginger and Lemon

Quince Hopper brings together the vivid sharpness of Japanese quince and the aromatic edge of hops in a liqueur that feels bright, modern and slightly rebellious. Tart golden fruit leads the way, softened by white sugar and rounded with floral honey. Fresh ginger adds a clean pulse of warmth, while lemon zest lifts the citrus character. The hops sit deliberately in the background, contributing a green, botanical bitterness rather than turning the drink beer-like. The result is lively and layered: sweet, sour, warming and gently bitter, with enough character to make every sip a little different from the last.
