Grape Escape

Grape Escape – White Grape, Rum, Honey & Saffron Liqueur

Grape Escape began in the garden, with ripe white grapes picked by hand and destined for something a little more adventurous than the fruit bowl. White rum provides a clean, gently tropical base, allowing the grapes to remain at the centre. Cane sugar and honey soften their fresh fruit character, while cardamom, coriander and pink peppercorns build a delicate aromatic layer. A touch of ginger adds warmth, vanilla rounds the edges, and just eight threads of saffron bring a subtle golden glow. The result is bright, fragrant and quietly exotic—a small escape captured in a bottle, made from grapes grown just steps from home.
