Currantique

Currantique – Dark Rum Liqueur with Three Garden Currants

Currantique was created to capture the character of a summer currant harvest in a darker, more contemplative liqueur. Black, red and white currants from my garden bring three distinct expressions of the fruit: deep and aromatic, sharply vibrant, and delicately tart. Dark rum provides a warm foundation, while white and brown sugars and honey soften the natural acidity. Vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and pink peppercorns add restrained spice without hiding the fruit. The result is a rich, ruby-dark liqueur that feels both rustic and refined, inspired by home-grown ingredients and the character of traditional preserves, but made for slow sipping.

Main notes

  • Dark Rum
  • Mixed Currants
