Banana Ruckus

Dark Rum Banana Liqueur with Coffee and Spiced Heat

Banana Ruckus is built on contrast and momentum. Deep, molasses-rich dark rum carries ripe bananas at their loudest point — sweet, aromatic, and almost overripe. Cane sugar, jaggery, and mishri layer sweetness with different textures, while cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and nutmeg bring heat and structure. Chili and black pepper cut through with sharp edges, keeping the liqueur alert. Coffee beans add roasted bitterness and night-market depth, while vanilla smooths the finish. A trace of lime zest and salt lifts everything, turning richness into rhythm. This is not a calm liqueur — it moves fast, hits warm, and leaves a lingering hum.
